I went to the store looking for an attachment for my sewing machine. The sales person replied to my query with “ Where did you get your sewing machine? Walmart?” Good customer service and respect wasn’t part of her staff training. If your sewing machine or serger cost less than $500 don’t expect much from this store. Perhaps they have a good selection of machines but rudeness and arrogance will keep customers away.

Hi I bought a baby lock Catherine and they promised me a gift card which I didn't get. And I live sewing I just bought baby lock jazz but I sure would like to get my gift card been trying to get a hold of somebody

Terrible service! Took over 6 months to fix sewing machine and charged for wrong part. Then charged wrong again after second time and would not change the price. Very rude and bad customer service. Would not recommend going here!

I love this store. They are always patient and helpful. The fabric and accessory selection is vast. I just wish it was closer. It's definitely my "go to" store.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection. And extremely community minded as they support many charitable causes.

I find their staff are always helpful, if it's busy they acknowledge you and let you know if it will be a while or a few minutes. They got parts for a my sewing machine, even though it's not a brand that they sell. I have been to the Crowchild branch a few times and I am always pleased with my visit. If they don't have what you need they order it for you.

Great Selection & Service

Sewing World carries so many brands, it hard to choose! But the sales girl helped me to narrow down my choice and I am really pleased with my purchase. They have a great selection of fabrics and also offer lessons.
