Crane Medical Centre

Crane Medical clinic is very difficult to reach by phone. The message says to stay on the line, but cuts you off after 20 seconds of the "thankyou for calling" speech that sounds like it was recorded by an intoxicated person. For some reason they want me to call and confirm my appt, but I cannot...and I live out of town. Plus the appt time they gave me on my voicemail doesn't match the appt time I made. This place is not managed ideally. Much room for improvement.

Dr Elmestiri is educated, professional and kind. He is also caring and very attentive to his patients. My husband and I are very happy that we were able to find such an amazing doctor.

Wow... I have been suffering with migraines since before I had memories and no one has shown as much care and desire to get them under control in 26 years as Dr. El Mistiri did in 1 visit.... I would definitely recommend!!!

Dr Eraghubi is my Family Dr. He is my family Dr and has been with me during my journey 110% getting rid of a rare brain tumor. The staff and nurses are all very caring and friendly. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr Elmistiri (sp) today. He knew what my tumor was as he had a patient with one himself! They`re very knowledgable physicians and I count my blessings that I found this team!

I 100% disagree with everything the previous reviewer said...Dr Elmestiri definitely does take notes and in my experience he showed a genuine concern for the betterment of my health. He had clearly spent time reviewing my medical history before our first meeting. He and his office were prompt with appointments and referrals. Took me a while to find a family Dr. in Grande Prairie and I'm glad I was able to find a good one!

Dr. Mostafa Elmes...

Dr. Mostafa Elmestiri does not take any notes so he does not know what has been discussed in past appointments. He regularly arrives in appointment in a rush and in a foul mood. He is impatient and unkind. I regret that our paths ever crossed and hope that he will be held accountable for his actions.
