If I could give more stars I would. Darren was extremely professional, and above all, honest. He literally saved me over $800. I WILL recommend him above any others because of the quality and amazing customer service. I am simply grateful and impressed with the entire interaction. Our back single garage door stopped working so I called this company and they had such a prompt response, he came out a couple of days later. He gave me two options for my door, one was higher and one was lower. My partner and I decided we would prefer the lower cost fix, and we were ghosted. We tried to book the job 5X now. We have called, emailed, sent in requests via website. Since we didnt want the upgrade our business was unnecessary. Disappointed since this company had great reviews.

Pierre was out to fix my garage door today. I called him shortly after 8 and he was here within a couple of hours! He knew exactly what the problem was, and then carried on to provide additional regular maintenance work - greasing, tightening springs, etc. He was knowledgeable and professional. Also, he was personable, taking the time to make small talk with the kids and the time to provide some basic education about maintenance of the door. Would definitely recommend to others.
