I was in the store Saturday April 27 to bring back my device and was treated very poorly and rudely by both sales staff as well as one staff member would not let me know her name because I was wanting to make a formal complaint about her attitude and the fact she raised her voice at me and went on to say that she was Mrs no-body and I was treated very poorly right from the beginning of the transaction and the staff member was saying that it’s Telus and not their fault .
