We paid for the maintenance plan and it was only our second time to take it in. I asked for a seal to be fixed (it wasn't) and instead of washing the truck I asked for them to vacuume instead. They said no problem. (It wasn't vacuumed)

We have been using Orchard Ford for service on our 2013 C-Max and they have always done a great job. Each time I need to use their shuttle service to get me to work after dropping off the C-Max and they always make sure that I get a ride as quickly as possible.

Staff are always professional and friendly . My car has had a couple of issues and the staff have been very helpful with getting them looked at and taken care of. Thank You !
