I have been in Langley almost 18 years and I have so many family Docotre they very not bad know I find new Docotor he’s name is Docotre Stephen’s he’s kind and warm and very professional and I wish I new him 18 years ago me and my wife and twins baby we love him and I wish we have more Family doctor like him and me and my family wish him all the best happiness health and wealth

You will wait 4 hours and still they will not serve you.
They dont care what is your problem, they have one doctor addressing walk ins and appointments.

The worst medical clinic I have ever been to, upon arrival was told there would be an hour wait time, 3 hours later still sitting in the waiting room with the standard "there are a couple people ahead of you"
Maybe the doctors are great but getting past the gate keepers is hard. Upon arrival was told three ahead of me in an empty waiting room. Four hours later and no two ahead of me. I understand no two patients have the same issues and that some need more time then others. But come on get new front staff who arnt rude or understand wait times
Very slow. A lot of personal talk among the staff in front of patients. Letting friends go first. And rude to patients asking how much longer and rude to people who can't speak english very well
