Not a good owner/operator.
If your apartment has a severe humidity issue (I.E. consistent condensation + mould, despite use of fans and a humidifier), should the tenant simply open the windows (in the winter) as a 'solution' to the problem? Of course not. But that was the response from EMV Holdings Corp related to the humidity issue at a unit in 'The Alma' (West 5th/Alma). We're supposed to "understand that the building is old" and simply deal with the issues ourselves (in this case, by raising our heat bill).
