Richard Tyerman is unprofessional. He does not practice the Code of Ethics for a Real Estate Agent. He tricked me into selling property at a price that was lower than fair market value. He rushed me through the sale at a very fast pace. A total of two weeks between the listing and the possession date. He collaborated with other people, and took direction from them on the sale, when he should have been looking out for my interests as the vendor.
