Birchwood Hyundai

My car was in the dealership for about 19 weeks to originally fix a engine oil leak turned out some cylinder problem too but 19 weeks to fix it yes I repeat 19 WEEKS that too of a brand new vehicle I bought from them in 2016. I was told a different excuse every week by the dealership for the problem. It is absolutely ridiculous customer service (DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME).I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone as it is the worst I have ever seen.To be honest it is really shocking.

I would not ever recommend buying a vehicle here at hyundai. Theie after sales service is very poor. We already got 3 hyundai sta fe's from them and yet not a single give aways we received from them. Not even a single key chain or a calendar just to show their courtesy for getting a 3rd vehicle from them. And one more thing, they usually give a incentive if u referred a new customer to them. But sadly its been over a minth now and i havent got any. They will just give u lots of broken promises.

I dealt with Trevor Lubinski, very friendly and knowledgeable. I am planning on going back to see him again and I would for sure recommend him to anyone. He's new so he asked me to share my experience with everyone I know so I really hope you can go see him :)
