Hallmark Cards Sunnyside Mall

The store manager repeatedly took items out of my children's hands so they couldn't look at them and she had security kick them out for looking at toys. When I asked her for her name to follow up with the owner about this, she yelled at me and refused to tell me her name. The head office attempted to have the owner contact me, as well I called the store and the owner refused to speak to me. This was the most awful experience I've had shopping anywhere!! Never will I be back.
