Purolator

I've been trying for 2 days to speak to someone, ( n auto record will say each time, current wait time is greater than 30 minds) I even tried their "virtual assistant" and still couldn't get anywhere! I just want to pick up my parcel, and or track my parcel and or resend my parcel. They make it very difficult to do any of those!

There facility is in the middle of nowhere. Not conveniant to pick a package up.It's not normal for people to drive for miles to a cow field to retrieve a package.

Great customer service! Nothing wrong here! Helped me with all my “issues” in under a min! Five starts for smiles under the masks and a very clean environment as well!

Too lazy to knock on the door and look right at you as they drive off so it makes it up to you to make arrangements to go and pick your item up at their facility.I have never had a positive customer service or experience with Purolator.

Their communication is not very good and there delivery times are too vague and their drivers don't take time to make sure the package is delivere
