Best Buy Parkway Mall

Wow, the only person in the store, 7 associates standing around talking amongst themselves. No one said hi or offered service. Could not find what I was looking for. Is this what customer service has come to?

Went in to purcha...

Went in to purchase a power backup for my computer. The salesman led me to a surge protector and when I told him that was not what I wanted, he said they did not sell power backups. When I looked on the bottom shelves, there were the power backups. Obviously salespeople are not very aware of what they do and do not sell. Knew nothing about the power backups.
