Logic says, reply stating your busy... If you dont, well dont be surprised when people give bad reviews. All it would have taken is a *sorry were too busy*.
HORRIBLE!!! I was a loyal customer and they didnt tell me to expect an extra $5 on my total when I ordered, and there was no way I could know about it. I complained and they told me to grow up. It wouldn't be a big deal except I didnt have that extra $5 so they kept my order and no one offered to find a solution.
They are absolutely wonderful if you want to wait 3 hours for a very cold coffee call over 30 times to cancel your order because you've already been waiting hours have them not pick up the phone then tell you your stuck paying for this cold coffee because I wasn't able to get ahold of someone to cancel my order I order from them several times a week and I never had an issue but this time I'm extremely upset. Nothing g like a $10 coffee that taste like it sat for an hour
