i called on the phone to ask if they’d had there i phone 6 plus on sale and they transferd me to a winnipeg retail section so i called a new number and this one was brantford and she said didn’t you just call and spoke to a gentleman i said yes then she started yelling and screaming at me i hung up i was so disappointed in there awful service over the phone uhhh!!!!
I bought 2 refurbished tablets as Christmas gifts. 1 tablet would not charge with the charger included. 2nd tablet didn't even come with a charger.
Sell defective products. Then tell you it's your fault they don't work.
One week ago, I spent $282.46 at this store. I stood & waited behind an older woman who was irate as she had waited a long time. She finally intercepted a young man who was carrying an empty box and didn't get out of his way until he helped. As I too was standing, I expected he would serve me next. He simply went back to his box breaking. After waiting some time I finally went to front desk and they had to go and get him, I could see and hear box breakdown was still more important.
The "WORST" customer service I hv seen ever.I bought a toaster from them.As I opened the box,I saw the clip to close the toaster was loose so much so that if at all I tried tp make a toast,it would separate for sure.While buying the stuff,I was told that I hv a 30 days return time frame so I changed it the very next day.Again got another toaster in return and to my bad luck again I got it with a very loose clip.This time I went in to return it after 20 days.But to my surprise I was dealt with utter disrespect and arrogance.They told me they would not return it and that the clip was okay to be used. Thebest pary was the salesperson himself tried fitting a bunch of papers to simulate a toast to show me the durability of the clip of the toaster and then all of a sudden the clip broke in his own hands.Ha Ha Ha!!! A guy named CHRIS came furiously and kept cursing us fr a mistake of his own employee and had to return it by any means and literally shouted at us while refunding us the money and explaining us the so called returning policy.If at all factory direct needs to improve,here's a suggestion TEACH SOME MANNERS TO YOUR STAFF AND TEACH THEM HOW TO BEHAVE WITH A CUSTOMER
I visited the other day and found 2 items I tried to purchase we're incorrectly labeled with wrong price. Female manager was rude to cashier, he tried to go and get the tag for her and she yelled across the store at him, said she would do it "I guess", even though the tag on the shelf clearly mentioned the item I was trying to buy was $10 off. Ty to the cashier on 8/23/14 that helped me and I feel very bad you have to work with that female manager, she was very rude to me. Tech guys are great!
Overall the store has space but is crowded, if you want to leave you have to push past people in line waiting to pay. There is no direction on where the returns(scratch that, exchange only) counter is located. Most staff seem in good spirits. The manager, Mike, is rude to customers, treats them like a number, gives little acknowledgment and talks down to anyone that questions him. I recently witnessed him shove a number at a customer then walk away and move on. He also tries to humiliate them if they question his decisions, raising his voice so other customers can hear. I will never buy from here because of his specific customer service and my observation as just a by-stander. Definitely not worth knowing how customers paying your wage are treated.
