Fantastic service provider

I had my vehicle serviced at Discover Ford recently. My service advisor was Debbie W. Debbie, was fantastic to deal with. Debbie was very knowledgable about what my service package included. My past experience at Northway Ford in Brantford took advantage of the pre-paid maintenacne plan, not providing what I paid for. Debbie made sure to clearly go over the plan and ensured I was getting everything that I was entitled to. Debbie gained my trust in DF.

I had to drop my car off for service and the staff was very accommodating. The driver ensured my baby and I got home and back safely, and the staff behind the counter were so nice and helpful. I will definitely go back.
