Absolutely terrible service! Don’t believe the website that says Contactless Service within two hours! An absolute lie and no effort to be helpful at all!
I took my portfolio in to be put on my USB. They didn't let me know when it was done. At one point they misplaced my portfolio. The pages were not scanned properly and the colour was off. They accused me of not paying. Then they erased everything on my USB even stuff they didn't put onto it.
had a bad beginning with the attendant at the computer side until later on as the shifts changed(I think or lunch break) and this guy Hussaun(i think thats how the name was spelled on the tag on his shirt) he offered great customer service.Kudos to him, and may he keep up, thanks for help.
