What an amazing experience of 'true' customer service! Henry went out of his way to ensure that I chose the disposal method that best fit my needs AND the structural limitations of the property. The result was *not* renting a bin! This did not dissuade Henry from sticking with me and providing me with the simplest and most appropriate options.
