Adding an AMP to a Boat

Talking with the owner on Barton St. about installing an amp to my boat. He suggested a switch he has to switch from 1 battery to the other when the key is in accessory. GREAT I thought, it was going to be $100 extra. Took the boat in the night prior, called the next day at 3pm and asked if it was finished. They said not till closed 6pm. Lets just say I waited until 8pm, the stereo never worked right, I had to go to lowes across the street to get screws to fasten down the amp, because there coff

Extreamly rude and unprofessional. I called and made an appointment, my husband showed up a tad early and they said I never made an appointment and I had just inquired on the price. Asked us to come in later (we had already gone out of our way) then when my husband asked if he would need anymore parts the guy was very unprofessional and cursing. Will never ever ever EVER get any of my friends/family's business

The act of Kindness can go a long way.

I had a problem with the audio in my car, the guy helped me and spent about 10-15min or so tweaking the AMP and everything else, and after finishing, did not charge me anything at all. I decided to go back and give them my business due to his act of kindness, I had 3/4 speakers not working, they addressed the problem and noticed my AMP was not mounted yet, so they addressed that as well. The price came to about $100 or so, which I figured is fair as Bestbuy Geek Squad charges $119.99 +tax (US).

Terrible Service

Went into store to pickup an item I had called about. The price had changed when I got to the store. I then told the salesperson that I could buy cheaper elsewhere. His rude reply was "go there and get it then"
