Purolator

I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. We as customers need to take the time to recognize the people who put in the hard work to make our lives easier. Thank you Barb!

I TRIED to send something only 2 hrs away, to a place where they deliver to ALL the time. DAILY. The driver says there's no such address. Checked, double checked, triple checked, the receipt says the correct address. There's a GIANT sign out front. Paid for overnight delivery. NO REFUND YET, just a promise (in 8 weeks). Yeah, sorry I used these incompetent idiots.They had the nerve to suggest my clients come to their DEPOT the NEXT day and get it themselves.

They don't even deserve a start. Customer service is poor. "Come back later is the typical response". Don't ever use Purolator
