I've had pleasant...
I've had pleasant dealings with Scotiabank for the past 20 years. In Ottawa I started an account with the Preston & Norman branch about 6 years ago. I used to have a person to talk to and if she wasn't there, someone at front desk. I got so fed up with being unable to talk to a human, I moved my account to Bank. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN. Is that no longer an option? I'm 88 and am frustrated to the nth.
