Budget Truck Rental

I wanted to return vehicle early (9:00 am) instead of 8:00 next morning ( time is important) I was told that I still would be charged a full day by a rude representative on the phone. I demanded to talk to his supervisor. He said the same thing he tried to double talk me and I got frustrated. It was not a good experience. Think twice before renting from Budget or Avis. We will not ever rent from them again.
