I'm appaled by th...

I'm appaled by the treatment I received at this "buisness". The owner is an incompentent man who ruined my sons birthday. He is horrible to his employee's and customers. Never renting from him again.

Dear Tori Public relations is important to us and has been for 30 years. We have searched our well kept records for the year of 2015 and have not come across a rental booking by Tori S. Something seems a miss and we would like to impose on your good nature and would appreciate a call so we can resolve this situation.
