I attended to purchase a fiberglass screen protector. One of the two men first placed a protector but had to remove it as there was a bubble that could not be removed so another male placed a new one from behind the counter. After leaving the store, I was unable to use my phone since protector was placed. As the day progressed, the protector loosened and completely came off because it was PLASTIC! I returned next day understandibly upset. The male was very rude!Very unprofessional.
