    First customer service was excellent booked a time and day that worked for me. When the technician arrived he was very knowledgeable , respectful and kind. I had to wait for my part but that is understandable as I am sure all parts are not kept on hand. I would have to rate this company the best that I have ever used!

    We are at the end of the line with the representatives being sent out by Just Service Hamilton. Over 15 calls to Fridgidaire, four service calls and the technicians that keep replacing parts not broken and then cannot remove them. So guess who has paid the freight on these parts. Also 2 no-show scheduled appts. The fridge is not yet fixed continues to beep and not produce ice. Last call to Just Service - not concerned with helping us fix this or refund for their incompetance. Be warned!

    Absolute worst customer service. Still waiting for our dryer to be fixed. The lady on the phone told us it had been fixed already but we never had a technician over to fix it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    They were hired to diagnose our washer, we were charged $101.70 for a service call which ended up in a quoting out a gear plate and wash plate at the expense of close to $700. My husband disagreed with their call and decided to look into it himself. He fixed it for $40 and there was NO problem with the gearcase or wash plate. The company refused to own their error, refund our money, refused to talk to us directly, instead using the secretary as the middle person and wrote us off. NOT recommended

    Used their Service 3 times in 4 years - clothes drier, fridge, oven - all repaired on one service call. Cost was parts plus approx. $85 service call. The lady who answers the phone may not win a Ms Congeniality award but the Technicians are great!

    Great service !! Purchased a brand new dishwasher that the motor stopped working within one year ! Callled just service who replaced the motor and fix the dishwasher within 1 week! They were polite and courteous of my schedule ! Highly recommended

    Amazing service. From The initial phone call to completed repair less than 48 hours total turn around. Repair was reasonable price and tech was knowledgeable.

    This is the worst business ever. 1 - they NEVER answer the phone. 2 - call backs happen at least one day later. 3 - their voicemail says business hours are only until 2:30. 4 - they have come to ‘fix’ the ice maker on my fridge 2 times but have never actually ‘fixed’ it. 5 - this took 3 months to do as they NEVER answer their phones/return calls.

    DON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE. The name of this company does not reflect service at all. Poor communication, poor customer service, unreasonable fees for no work performed. Its unbelievable that major appliance/ manufacturers recommend these people to do repairs or none repairs. I have yet to resolve my issue with these guys after a few hundred dollars. If you like massive headaches, being disrespected & love to toss your money away in the trash then use Just Service.

    Terrible customer service! 6 weeks to have a product repaired that we were told would take 1-2 weeks. They never return calls, rarely answer their phones and literally make up stories to pacify you for another week. We are so, so disappointed with this Whirlpool service provider.

    Worst experience I have had! Don't deal with them and if you go through an appliance manufacturer ask them not to deal with them. They have no capacity, you wait weeks to get something done and on top they are rude on the phone... Not worth the stress

    Worst service company ever.

    I have never dealt with a company that is so inconsiderate. They scheduled an appointment to fix our oven under warranty - they broke the part when it came in. They gave me 30 minutes notice they weren't showing up. Took a day off work and I can't afford to not work for another day - they told me too bad and the service technician refuses to work Saturday - even though he was the one who physically broke the replacement part. The girl literally said "too bad" to us.

    Our 6 year old Fridge stopped working (freezer compartment worked fine), so we called Just Service. After about 30 min, Technician told us, that is was junk and needed $1400 worth of repair work, and we might as well get a new one. We called another services company who looked for 2 minutes and told us that the fan was not blowing, and that the main control unit was faulty. They replaced it and all is now working fine. Asked JS for money back, they refused. Paid $85 for total incompetence.

    I own a Samsung D...

    I own a Samsung DW80 waterwall dishwasher, I have owned it for appx 6 mths. Well the belt that carries the water wall back and forth broke, I called several service co's and nobody works on Samsung Hmmmm, finally I was referred to Just Service, the serviceman came out LOL prepared with a belt for a dryer thinking we were crazy cause dishwashers don't have belts, Surprise!! dishwasher has a belt, he immediately called from our house (his Phone)and ordered a belt from samsung,he worked diligently

    Amazing Service Experience

    I called into Just Service and explained my problem with my dryer, The very nice woman who answered the phone give me some tips to try. I was very thankful and told her I would call back if the tips did not work. I tried the tips the next day and unfortunately they did not solve the problem. I called around 1pm that day and the woman sent a technician to home the very next day!! The man came in and within 15 minutes he had determined the problem and was giving me a very thorough explanation of what was wrong. I needed a very inexpensive part that he had in his truck!! He installed it and the unit has never worked so well. I am very greatful for the tech's assistance and more so to the secretary who tried to save me money by providing all the tips she could think of. GREAT WORK!!
