terrible service, huge wait times even with an appointment, but most of all DO NOT let them do your eyebrows.... 2 rounds of antibiotics and 3 creams later and still a permanent scar. Just don't do it.

Horrible experience!

Went to get my eyebrows done and I have a huge burn on my face. It wasn't even from the wax it's from them putting the wrong stuff on afterwords (not wax remover) I had to go to the doctor and was given antibiotics, an antibiotic cream and a steroid creme. I wasn't even offered an apology! They tried to blame me for It! I urge you all to NEVER go here!

they sure charge alot for them to mutilate your face while waxing......

Hanna did exactly what I wanted for my nails. I was afraid to have them done as I have had bad experiences. She was gentle and made sure they looked exactly the way I wanted!

thank you so very much for majorly screwing up my eyebrows. they didn't listen to my instructions to not make a large space between them AND one is now higher than the other. just in time for Christmas photos, thanks so much !!!
