my mom came in from Dryden to visit. She has been using a phone that had a cracked screen for months so we came here thinking it would be cheaper then where she's from -cost 160.00...ok fine let's just get it done. get home with the phone, it die's mid conversation while talking with her husband. I got it to turn on, says we need to restore factory settings and just stays on that screen ... I tried didn't work. so the day she's supposed to leave town) we go there ask them to fix....the end resu
