Went to go purchase an Oppenheimer winter jacket yesterday. It seemed like a decent deal and the jacket looked nice. I went to pay with my debit card and the machine had run out of paper rolls. The lady said they had no more but that they had ordered some so I just said fine and continued. Anyway, when I got on the subway I noticed that there were two rips in the middle of the jacket with fluffy stuff coming out and strings on the arm sides loose. I returned to find out that they would not exchange the jacket for me even though the tags were still on and I had the payment record in my debit records that stated the merchant's name. It was the exact same Hispanic lady who sold me the jacket the other day so I was a bit shocked that she wouldn't have just remembered me as a customer. Anyway, I wasn't pleased with the overall service and the jacket itself. Not to mention the two people working in there were unhappy with me interrupting them making jokes about spanking their kids when I originally went in to buy the jacket.
