Charmaine Mendyk had dreamed of shopping for her wedding dress since she was a teenager. When she finally got her chance to shop, she didn’t want to stop. Charmaine spent over six months popping in and out of a half-dozen bridal boutiques in search of the perfect dress. “I loved the whole experience,” she boasts. First there was the excitement of browsing through catalogues of dresses, finding the styles she liked best, then came the thrill of trying on different dresses surrounded by friends and family and gathering their opinions, and then of course the exuberance of the moment when she found THE gown.
Charmaine had so much fun shopping for her wedding dress, she realized she’d found her calling and in 2007, she opened Jealous Bridesmaids Bridal Studio. Owning her own bridal studio allows Charmaine to relive the excitement of the bridal gown shopping experience daily.
