    The customer serv...

    The customer service at this store is appalling. I overheard the coworkers including the man who turned out to be the manager of the store making fun of my sister and I was absolutely disgusted by them. I confronted the girl I heard first who was completely thrown off and I told her manager who denied it. It was disgusting to see how they just bullied my sister and then could not even own up to their actions. Shame on this store.

    Never Go to this Racist, Rude Store

    I've had so many bad experiences at this Mendocino. Last year, I witnessed an asian store worker being racially abused by her coworkers. Today, a store worker started making fun of me while she thought I couldn't hear. When my sister and I approached, she got flustered and tried to smuggle her way out of it. When we complained to the manager (who had been a part of the conversation) he blew us off and lied to cover his own tracks. This store should not be allowed to run.
