Patio Palace

Patio Palace installed our first gas appliance in June of 2020. They failed to to submit our ticket to the gas company and it took an entire year to get a gas line put in. Regular people cannot submit the ticket so it has to be done on our behalf. We missed an entire winter of our gas fireplace. Patio Palace installed a second gas appliance a year later but they still couldn’t hook them up because the gas line had still not been installed. We had a gas fireplace insert installed into our fireplace. We have since had three contractors come out and give prices to fix the damage the installers made. The work performed bypatio Palace was nothing short of dismal. The Union Gas inspector said that was the worst he had seen 33 years.
