Very disappointed in staff at this store today. I brought in my Fitbit Charge3 that was purchased from them in September. There is a problem with the display on the screen and I was told it still works so don’t worry about it. If you don’t like it then send it back to Fitbit. There’s nothing wrong with it. There were two guys working in the store and the other guy told me they don’t work for them but were filling in to help the store out. I informed him that they weren’t doing them any favours.
