I love this place!! I go with my friends all the time and wow is it amazing! The food, staff and atmosphere is grrrreeeeaaaatttt!!!!!!! We have an awesome time when we go. I've tried just about everything on the menu and it never disappoints! It's so much fun to watch a game too I love it i'm sure you will too!!!
This place was horrible! When we walked in we waited to be seated because there was no host, but yet there was an empty restaurant. Then when we got the food it was absolutely disgusting, I ordered the chicken salad and it tasted awful (the dressing was from a kraft bottle and the chicken was dry and tasted terrible) my boyfriend ordered a fish dish which was overwhelmingly covered in sauce (also tasted disgusting). I just don't understand how a restaurant like this can still be open, it needs to be shut down!
I can't see what all the hype was about. The food was barely passable. We ordered 8 menu items for 3 of us to really try the place out. $10.99 for a tiny portion of short ribs. $14.99 for a mango salad that wasn't anything special. $7.99 for a handful of potato chips and packaged dip. You can't make this up folks. Mushroom ravioli was cold in the center and we only got 3 for $15.99. Come on. Drinks were way over the top expensive too. The atmosphere was decent but it doesn't make you forget the food or price.
The worst part is a server we know told us that Wendel doesn't even have anything to do with the place and just lends his name. She also told me she hadn't seen him since it opened. Very disappointing.
We were 10 people but went at 4:30 so the place was empty. There was not even 1 other guest in the place which we thoughts would be great. However the service was awful. The food took 90 minutes, was cold and they had no chicken so 2 meals had to be changed. 15 minutes after the order was placed! OMG,
Our waitress never came to ask us for coffee or desert then dropped off Wendel bucks and said to be used at our next visit! Let's just say, it was almost her tip.
Oh ya, the corona special could not be honored! They were out of beer!

We had read the reviews but decided to be open minded - we should have listened to the reviews.
Our reservation, so as we thought was for 7:30. We were informed upon arrival that head office policy had changed and no reservations for a party of 12 were allowed on Saturdays. We ended up sitting at the bar for almost half an hour waiting for a table. We ordered appetizers and waited more than half an hour for them to come. By the time we ordered our entrees and received them it was after 9:30 - more than 2 hours after our arrival. The food was nothing special. By the time we finally received our bill and left it was 11:00. The only redeeming factors were the Leafs winning 7-1 and our friends; otherwise it was a wasted evening. The server did all she could to keep things moving, I don't blame her. In the end they gave us $60 of coupons for all of the inconvenience but they are only good if you plan to return which will never be the case.
