Money Grab

A major money grab compared to the other offices I've been to over the years.

I have been a patient at this practice since it opened. I have received exceptional dental care over this time and I have always been treated with the upmost professionalism from all staff members. Dr. Gaur has always offered me options that provide quality health care first and that also meet my budget. I feel the Dr. Gaur and the rest of the staff listen to any questions or concerns that I have in regards to treatment options and they are willing to discuss at length until I am satisfied.

Nice dentist...rudest receptionists

Dental work is good. A bit expensive as I always end up owning money even with a strong dental plan. BUT I will never return due to the horrible reception staff service. The women are rude, snippy and completely unhelpful. Dont ever try to ask them a question or you will get a huffy snarky reply and you just feel rushed to stop bothering them. The dental techs are very nice and talkative and the dentists are friendly. Wish they would just realise how bad their front desk staff is!!
