I always get my nails done here and is quite pleased with the service especially when Helen is present. Today as I walked in the clerk says come back in 3 hours as there was a free clerk doing nothing. I know sometimes they are very busy but they only had 2 clients at the time. I may have to find another nail place.

I cant even believe the first comment on here about it being bad!! I LOVE this place!!! I come in from Vancouver all the time to get my nails done here. My mom amd sister and I absolutely love coming to Binhs! Helen and Snow and all the girls are the nicest, most professional people ever. They take every walk-in even when they are so swamped. They work so hard and do such a good job. Everytime I go all the clients end up talking to eachother too and it's always such a good time.

Have been coming here since this place opened. I have never had any problems here. I find it a very clean business and have always had wonderful service here!

Absolutely the WO...

Absolutely the WORST nail and waxing salon in Edmonton. The women working there are rude and unprofessional. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they used thick wax that wasn't heated properly. The woman waxed off half of left eyebrow and it looks absolutely horrible. When I looked in the mirror I was horrified. She at first said that she just shaped them and that she did a good job. I showed her and finally she apologized. AWFUL service, untrained staff, dirty facility. Do not go here.
