I noticed a screw in my tire at the car wash, it was Saturday noon of long weekend. I was going out if town, but not with a screw loose in my tire, one in my head is bad enough.lol Anyway I called around, Midas said if I got my truck in shortly, they would have it repaired by 4:00pm. They succeeded in between other appointments, did the inner patch repair, plus did a 55 point no charge inspection.

I needed to switch out my winter tires, purchase a new all season tire, and get an oil change. Sherry at the front was able to get back to me right away with a price check for all the work I needed. She was so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire process. The work on my car was completed quickly, and they even checked in with me half way through to update me. I felt very comfortable asking questions and will definitely return.

simply put, worst experience ever...car was repeatedly delayed for what they termed an easy fix...10 hours took over a week, asked for payment promising it would be done in an hour, called back said sorry we need to take it apart again, failed to deliver the car until several days after that...the kicker?!?! it was no longer drive able..their explanation, just bad luck...
