Swiss Chalet

I wouldn't even rate it a one. We went here on mothers day and it took two hours to get our food. There were a bunch of other tables who also waited that long, lots of people left. We were about to but it was busy everywhere so we just waited. We talked to the manager and she wouldn't even give us a discount for the wait and the bad service... It was the worst restaurant experience ever. Never go there again.

Just went out for...

Just went out for my dinner, ordered quarter leg chicken meal with rice. I've got everything included to that meal but my bread was already eaten by someone. Clearly huge piece of bread was bitten off.That is just the most disgusting thing that ever happen to me. I guess I should of get my $17 back,since I spent it on nothing and even lost my appetite for any kinda food that night. Clearly wont be back to that place ever again and wont recommend anyone either - drives me crazy that I possibly co

BAD OWNERS - WORSE MANAGERS!!!

DO NOT EAT HERE .... Two of us came in just before 5 pm to catch up and talk over some business. The chicken was underdone to the point of blood at the bone and the potatoes for both of us were black when we cut into them... I smashed mine and took a bite and bit into sour tasting powder... My coffee never did arrive ... The server was in fact the manager and one of the owners .. She refused to do anything ... There were several other issues such as portion size being about half of regular Swiss Chalet servings ...My friend asked for warm pie ..it came cold and the owner looked right at him and told him she warmed it .. He put his hand on the pie and we both realized it was time to go and never return.... I like Swiss Chalet usually and the 97 st group are the best but do yourself a favour and drive past this place.....
