I would never go anywhere else in Fort Mac to have my hair done. The stylists are all amazing and they never have let me down once. They are also very accommodating for people with busy schedules and I for one in a busy work life balance existence can appreciate that!

I purchased a hair clip 2 days ago...when I got home and tried it in my hair I realized it was broken. Today I returned to Chatters in Fort McMurray and explained I did not want my money back, just exchange for a working clip. I was told no. There is no returns or exchanges on hair clips. So people, , not allowed to try on the clip in the store, but get home and find they have sold me a defective hair clip. The young man there did not do his best in satisfying this situation, in fact he made it worse. .. I wont return. Its only a $10 item.... but they have my $10 and they sold me a defective clip that I cannot use.

A Great Salon

Chatters in Fort McMurray has the best customer service I have found in Fort McMurray. People working there cared about me. My hair was done just the way I asked. They have more hair products that anywhere else in town and at the same prices as the Chatters Edmonton locations. Not the higher prices we come to expect from some other Fort McMurray businesses. I Would not consider going anywhere else in this town.

WOW, what a fantastic salon

Very comfortable positive atmosphere! Amazing hairstyle and fabulous service! They really care about you and your hair! Only place Ive found in Fort Mac that has so many great products at a decent price. I would highly recommend this place. Great stylists, and great technique.
