Sent back a plate of pasta because it was undercooked, didn’t want a replacement because I was turned off by it and asked for it to be taken off my bill. 10 minutes later the manager came and proceeded to argue that I was wrong about the pasta being undercooked and that they are trained to know what al dente pasta tastes like. I felt attacked because I didn’t want to pay for something that wasn’t up to normal standards. That manager needs a refresher course in customer service.
