1. Ordered parts on a Thursday - told they would be in on Monday - arrived at 3 Pm one week later on Friday 2. made a purchase in person and paid at time of purchase. As we were leaving the building the lady (questionable) at the desk hollered that we should not forget to pay for the farm call - we had received the invoice about 3 or 4 days prior - Not good customer relations to be hollering for everyone in the room to hear.She needs a lesson in tact and customer service
