The worst service...

The worst service I have ever experienced. They didn't do the job correctly and it wasn't even fully completed. A very simple job but they couldn't even get it right I would never recommend them to anyone

I have been going to Gloria's Alterations for years and she is one of the most kind ladies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She has outstanding customer service, and takes pride in her work. Her whole team puts in their 100% effort, as if they all owned the business. They care for their clients and they have excellent prices, the two things that people look for when selecting a business. I have had countless shirts fitted, suits tailored, and wedding outfits altered. I have tried many seamstress'/alterations in Red Deer, as well as Calgary, and she is the one where I feel most welcome and appreciated. Overall she is an excellent person to deal with, takes pride in her work and provides great results for an unbeatable price.
