Usually I'm reall...

Usually I'm really happy with panago, although this time I didn't get what I ordered at all and now I don't get to eat it at all. When I called the guy was rude and just kept saying he is closed now didn't even say he was sorry for the mistake just kept saying that's what I ordered.

Disappointing

Always late and never hot. Tried again recently and it was over an hour late, no phone call or anything. Could just be delivery issues but most of my family doesn't seem to enjoy cold pizza and wings.
