Hilltop Subaru

Called their service department to see if they could diagnose a coolant leak in my 2014 Outback because we are from out of town and hoped to drive home on the weekend. Even though we are from out of town the earliest they would check out the car was weeks away. They wouldn’t even give it a quick look to tell me if it was the water pump, radiator, a hose or a gasket. If it wasn’t too serious I could take a jug of water on the road with me and fill as required. No provision for tourist crisis.

Selling my vehicle. 1st person that I talked to said they could offer around 16500 price range. 2nd employee calls me the day I am leaving to bring vehicle and says they can only offer around 15,500. I call back a week later and speak with 2nd person again who said she would not have told me 15,500 last week. Needs to see it first, understandable. She says again she wouldnt have said 15500 price range. I said that I am not getting this info. out of thin air and she hangs up. Bad business!
