Dr A.W. Pratt

I was appalled during my visit yesterday. The entire office was busy and crowded even in pre CoVid terms. It took 20 minutes waiting in a narrow aisle just to check in. During the wait, I was having people pass within inches. There were no CoVid protocols in place - not even sanitizing the consulting chair between patient visits. I have been Dr. Pratt's patient for many years and have become accustomed to long waits but have always had good care from him. This visit was anxiety producing

Went for cataract surgery ended up paying for private clinic surgery as his office appeared to have messed up surgery reservations. Receptionist very rude. Doctor could not or did not understand my questions. I am younger and lost a years work waiting for nothing.
