Rented a truck for my move on March 1, 2019. The trucks engine oil was very low so the truck was struggling, and obviously the gas mileage was negatively effected, which the customer has to pay for. When I raised this concern upon returning the vehicle, the lady told me she can't do anything and that I should talk to the manager by phone the following day. I called the port moody number and was redirected to a woman in Florida who said she can't help and that I need to go back into the store.
