First Impressions

I am a contractor who was in need of a landscaper in Delta. I randomly chose this company from the internet. So here is my impression. Completely not service friendly attitude, almost bordering on rude while making my inquiries. Struck me as very unprofessional from the first introduction. Answering service is one where you are introduced to the entire family before realizing you are calling a business, cell phone manners curt and abrupt. Would not have been any different than him telling me to take a hike in the most vulgar of terms. I will never nor will I ever submit this company as a preferred company of business. Choose another company as first impression are important and often reflect the quality of workmanship
