So horrible.had very bad experience.espresso with owner .she was so rude and don't know the difference b/w highlights and ombré.

I would give them less one star if I could, unfortunately that’s not an option. They have cut and burned me when I went to get my eyebrows done, and now I am left with scars on my face. Save your time and face the trouble and just go to a different place!!

Terrible salon. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. DO NOT GET YOUR FACE WAXED/THREADED HERE !!!! First off, the staff is completely unprofessional and rude. The ladies literally glare at you when you tell them what you would like done. The lady that waxed my face, ended up burning me and leaving me with several scars. My face is NOT sensitive and I've never had this issue with other salons. She left multiple scabs and didn't apologize or inform me. Ridiculous.

I have had my hair cut and colored there. The first time she had to redo it and the cut was uneven. To the East Indian and Fijian customers that come to have their eyebrows threaded, once you are out the door, she is talking about and laughing. Stupid me I gave her another chance, yesterday and again instead of being blonde it was red. I had to have it redone. I went today to let her know that I wasn't happy. Her reply was maybe I won't do your hair. Are you kidding me. So she could ruin

:) I went to this salon... it was great experience ... they do very good job on wexing .facial and threading tooooo...its soo good I lyk it very much ..:) nd their services too☆★★★★♥♥♥♥

Worst Service & False Advertising

It says on the window and on the wall that kids hoar cut is $5, well maybe that's for other people as we were charged double. We told Ravi only a trim just 1.5 inches off our daughters hair, first cut over three (3) inches was chopped off. My wife says not that much just 1.5 inches she snarlingly replies with, "that was 1.5 inches" well then she needs to go back to school and find out that the three inches she cut off is too much. She was rude to our daughter and brushed her hair so hard that she made her cry. She also cut our sons hair and hurt the back of his neck with how rough she was. After all this she says its $20 while it says on her window, wall and everywhere that kids cuts are $5. Never go there again that is for sure, rude and racist toward us.
