Although not expecting any problems, we decided to have Arctic Spas install a new pump in our hot tub thinking that they would take care of it if there were any problems.We were very disappointed in them.The pump started to fail after 3 months and we called them.They wanted $150.00 to come out and look at it. My husband took it out and delivered it to them and they ordered a new pump but guess who has to install it unless we want to pay them again to install it; right, my husband.Very poor!

I just love the guys at this place. So accommodating. Always answer my emails, and ready to help. I love the technology that they can monitor my tub too. Love the app. And I use it all the time. Kudos.

Arctic Spa is our second hot tub and I have to say the Arctic Spa experience is above and beyond. The salt water tub itself is awesome, easy on the skin and lungs and the staff at Arctic Spa Duncan go above and beyond in assistance.

I visited Arctic spa to buy chemicals for my Arctic Spa Yukon model & i have been having cloudy water issues. I was passed along to a very helpful woman who reviewed all possible causes and solutions then she confirmed her recommendations with the "water expert" John to ensure she had given me the best possible advice. I was sent home with appropriate products at 20% off because I own an arctic spa! I was thoroughly impressed with their service and recommend them over other Duncan spa dealers.
