Brazilian Dog Guru Facility

This is a message received by the Guru himself. All because someone doesn't recommend his service. I didn't agree with his method when it came to my dog and I found it only made her more aggressive and food possessive. When my dog came home from the bootcamp all of her toys, her bed and even herself smelt like pee. My dog hasn't had any accidents in our home at all as we were very diligent with her potty training as a puppy. I will not go there and I will not recommend to anyone.

This facility had my dog for 5 days. My happy, energetic pup was returned to me underweight, dirty, lethargic and a bag of food barely touched. We were only informed at pick up that she had vomitted (not at the time it happened). After a day of not recovering at home, we took her to the vet where she was diagnosed w kennel cough. I get that this is a risk in boarding facilities, but that no one bothered to notice her obvious decline in health over only 5 days and no one bothered to notify m

Dog spent 7 days there for training and I have now spent thousands of dollars undoing the damage that was done. I don’t believe it is appropriate to put a shock collar on a 5 month old fearful dog as it made him more fearful and years later we are still dealing with the fallout from the training methods used at this facility.

Had a very bad experience with my dog,he came back after spending one week at the facility, very sick, with a flu, nothing to do with shot reaction, it all has to do with not being well taken care of. NOT recommending this kennel.

The Brazilian Dog Guru facility is amazing. Fernando and his team are wonderful . They are friendly and approachable. Always willing to offer a little help to train the human lol I have a one-year-old female black lab and she is always excited to go to the facility. Happy to see me when I pick her up and tired - which is great. Very affordable as well. ???. Deb T
