I've been coming to Turner VW for years now and am happy to say that my references have all been great! I've been involved in at least a dozen vehicle purchases for myself directly or indirectly for friend and family and they've went very well. Service has always been a pleasure. The explain what is going on with my car and help me decide when repairs or maintainance need to be done. Only a person that has problems everywhere they go would have a bad experience at Turner VW. Don't take your car there

I'm sorry to say I did not have a good experience here. I was pressured into extra work on my car and spent over $2000 only to find the original problem I came in for was not fixed! The service advisor was pushy. I have taken my car to another shop and will not be coming back.
