Delicious pizza an not the ordinary toppings

Consistently good pizza. Service is good with the owners. Hired staff, not so good, theyre on the phone the entire time. They’re too busy chatting it up to speak to the customers. Pizza is good though, I guess you can’t expect good service and food living in Lake Cowichan.

Horrible customer service and owners yelled and got angry me when I called to complain that I couldn’t eat the pizza and that it was inedible due to the fact that they use herb flavour dough which was overpowering and menu doesn’t say they use that. ( I actually called because I thought it had to be a error with the dough)Then the owner sent her husband to get the pizza and he stood really close to me intimidating/yelled at me and my young daughter was terrified. I actually cried when he left.

I must say it is nice to have delivery in Lake Cowichan again! As for the pizza, this is the fist time in a long time I have eaten almost all of my pieces of pizza. Even the crust. It was a perfect balance of herbs and toppings. More pineapple would be nice but that was that was the only thing i would change. I don't know the cost for my husband ordered as a treat. We don't get pizza often now being on disability assistance, however it was worth it.
